Evergreen TSD was started in 2004 at the West Seattle YMCA by Master Steven Elmore. In 2006, we expanded and opened our first studio in West Seattle to accommodate the growth of the school and to better service our students. Evergreen Tang Soo Do Academy is proud to be an active member in the community by supporting local events such as the YMCA Healthy Kids Day, Lafayette Walk-A-Thon, auctions for local schools, the HiYu Parade, Admiral Junction Trick-or-Treaters, and the Lafayette Elementary Art Walk. Evergreen Tang Soo Do Academy is a proud member of the World Tang Soo Do Association which is led by Grandmaster Jae Chul Shin, 8th Degree Black Belt. The World Tang Soo Do Association has over 100,000 members in over 35 countries and is one of the largest Martial Arts organizations in the world.
