About This Business

Owner/Operator Christian Menard has over 15 years experience in the construction industry, starting when he used to build houses with father, who was also a contractor. Christian’s wife Tara was an office administrator and the two lifetime Washington residents decided to combine their skills and start their own contracting business to serve the people of the Puget Sound. Christian is very passionate about his work and his number one goal is to leave each client with a project that they love and that will last.

CTK Construction works with a hand selected group of subcontractors and suppliers to provide each client with everything they need for their custom home, addition or remodel – from engineering and excavation to cabinets and countertops. Small jobs are also welcome and we will provide the same detail and craftsmanship in every job we perform. We are fully licensed and bonded as general contractors.
