Capitol Hill Fitness Studio
Lab5Fitness is a 2,400 sq/ft. fitness-coaching studio equipped with state of the art equipment and training methods, located on Capitol Hill in Seattle, WA. We offer group and individual coaching, utilizing Pilates principles, reformers, Barre, and TRX suspension training. Lab5 workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, jumping) executed at various intensities depending on your level and your specific goal.
What does this mean for you? At Lab5Fitness, we have custom-made specific equipment designed to move your body the way it was meant to be moved. It means that all your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to- day life or sport in a variety of angles and motions. We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities.
It also means that you will never get bored. With our combined fitness methods, and our constantly varied programming, you will never do the same workout twice. You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day a qualified, skilled personal trainer will take you through a powerful workout that will be modified to suit your fitness level, whether you are a beginner, or an elite athlete. And because our workouts are only 50 minutes long, they can fit into even the busiest schedules.
