We are not a typical gym. We run outside. We don’t watch TV while we workout…it is a distraction. Clothing is worn for function and comfort, nobody cares what you’re wearing or how cute you look. We care about results. Do not be intimidated; we train everyone and anyone willing to work hard, any fitness level, from any background. Our members are our family and community. We push, pull, squat, lift, run, and perform other functional movements at a high intensity. We will help you reach your goals. First things first – call us at 253-271-7188. Our INTRO session is a complimentary one-on-one training session during which you’ll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. It is by appointment only and is a prerequisite for taking a class. It’s purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. After your INTRO, you can choose one of several membership options that give you access to our group fitness program and classes.

Workouts are constantly varied and unique, which means every workout uses different exercises, universal standards and completion criteria, ensuring that you always make progress and never get bored. Some exercises will be familiar and many will be new, you will always be challenged to achieve elite fitness. Anyone can excel at CrossFit, and everyone who is committed will. It will change your life and how you view health and fitness. You will never be expected to lift weights beyond your fitness level or perform movements beyond your skill set. However, you will always be coached, encouraged and challenged to improve your performance and test your skill set.
