Since 2005 Paradigm Family Medicine has been providing personalized, preventative health care to our patients. Our goal is to promote optimum physical and emotional well-being for all of our patients through education, support and self-management. Driving Directions:
Paradigm Family Medicine is located in Building 700 of the Times Square Building Complex. Dedicated Parking is available in the rear of Building 700. From the rear entrance you may access a stairway leading you to our office. Be advised that Paradigm Family Medicine is located on the Second Floor in the back of the building and that there is no access through the doorways in the middle of the building. Elevators are available only in the main lobby, in the front of the building.
