Oom Yung Doe schools also offer customized training programs for any individual. These programs can be designed to address basic characteristics such as strength, flexibility, self-defense, etc., or they can be designed to resolve significant chronic health issues such as arthritis, sciatica, herniated disks, acid reflux, damaged joints, hypertension, PTSD, and more.
