10 Years Experience as a Building Inspector for the City of Issaquah, WA. Certifications in residential and commercial building codes as well as plumbing, mechanical, and plan review. Extensive background with the Washington State Energy codes, and current certifications with RESNET as a home-energy rater, Northwest Energy Star as an Energy Star verifier, BPI (Building Performance Institute) in building science and Level 1 Commercial Energy Auditing as well as a certification in thermal imaging. We have more than 50 home energy assessments completed in the Greater Seattle Area!
