My experience in Real Estate started in the Mortgage Industry but I found myself longing to really work the other side of Real Estate as a Realtor, so that is what I did in 2008.

Selling Real Estate I find to be fun, a challenge, exciting and a passion of mine!

My experience covers working with many types of transactions. Whether it is FHA, VA, Conventional, Rehab, Construction, or Down Payment Assist—I have handled it; and now HUD Homes! In many types of situations, whether it is a First-time Buyer, Repeat Buyer or Short Sell situation, I have been there.

Personally, I have sold and bought different types of homes in many different price ranges and in many different market climates. Due to this experience, I have a well rounded understanding, knowledge, and, of course, true empathy of the process.
