Chef Jeanine Garcia has 20 years experience in officially and unofficially catering events and was persuaded to open Inspiration Catering & Baking in the summer of 2010 by those who have sampled and enjoyed her food and ability to bring it all together for an event.
Chef Garcia is a true "foodie" with an inspired love of food that lead her to acquire professional training at The International Culinary Schools at The Art Institute of Seattle and to now implement her vision of creating one of the Puget's Sound's finest catering companies. Don't see it on the menu? Not to worry, it can be created based on the taste of things that you might remember from another time or another place, and she can provide samples to meet with your approval.
Chef Garcia is inspired, passionate and creative when it comes to producing the menus that will leave you and your guests asking for more! She's a great consultant in the early stages of your planning to help with food choices, serving only the finest foods made with the freshest ingredients possible.
