What is Bowenwork?

Everyone benefits from Bowenwork, the alternative to alternative therapies. What started in Australia is now available to you - powerful, yet gentle and safe for infants to the elderly. Helping the body to reset and heal itself, the Bowen technique utilizes small movements to the body stimulating its own natural resources to heal itself. This manual therapy usually results in the relief of many specific injuries and other health problems, both acute and chronic. It does so holistically, by using the body's innate healing mechanisms. The practitioner delivers signals to the nervous system at specific locations (on muscles, tendons, ligaments, or nerves), and the body does the rest.
