Our philosophy is that you can teach almost anyone to clean but you can’t teach them to be good people.  So when we hire, that is what we look for…Good people.  We have found that positive well-grounded people inherently possess a desire to excel at whatever line of work they find themselves in.  They also tend to be the kind of people that are enjoyable to be around, should you find yourself home when they are cleaning.  They help to create the kind of work environment that makes it enjoyable to go to work.  They have the ability to take criticism as an opportunity to improve rather than fuel for creating drama.  I hire good people so that when I ask questions like,

• Is this the kind of person I would trust in my own home, around my children, my pets, my possessions?
• Will they do what I ask to the best of their ability every time, without supervision?
• Do I actually enjoy having a conversation with them?

I can answer a resounding YES!  I would not send anyone into your home that I would not want in my own.  How do we find these great people?  We have a long hiring and training process.  I consider training to be an investment.  I don’t mind long and thorough training because it means happy clients, confident workers and far less headaches down the road.
