Our dreams might differ, but we all want rich life experiences, social interaction, a sense of belonging, and a chance to grow. This is also true for people with autism.

Tessera exists to enrich the lives of individuals with autism and other related developmental disabilites and their families and communities.
 

In 2010, we purchased a building in Bothell to house our administrative offices and serve as a center for life-long learning for people with autism and other related developmental disabilites. We want the center to be where people with autism and other disabilities are the first thought, not an after-thought.

Over time, we will have the ability and space to offer behavioral therapy, social skills training, exercise, team sports and activities, cooking and other activities of daily living. We will make it a place where, parents, caregivers and families will have access to information and the resources they need to live with autism at home and in various independent-living settings.
