Our sealing products were first developed in 1991 as a premium sealer of concrete for the civil engineering industry to protect large concrete structures such as bridges, high rises, docks and factory floors in harsh conditions. It then morphed into a sealer for porous building material which includes natural stones, bricks, pavers, tiles, grout and cement. A premium product for residential use was born.

Our sealers are technologically different from commonly available silicone, teflon and siloxane impregnators and from ALL the “off the shelve” products available in retail stores. Our specially engineered molecules penetrate deeper into porous materials and bond permanently inside the pores. This creates a deep barrier of protection within the tiles, paving, natural stone, etc., which protects against staining and inhibits the growth of mosses and molds in the pores of the treated material. Our sealers stand up to cleaning chemicals, traffic, sunlight and even commercial cleaning techniques. We back our technology with a written performance warranty of 15 years.
