We are a take-out and catering company located right here in Edmonds. We use local Washington state apple and oak wood to slow smoke our meats. We strive to use local meats from the Pacific Northwest that free of added hormones and antibiotics. All our products are made from scratch with recipes Steve & Lisa have either created or inherited from friends and family.
